We do letterbox deliveries for the railway network, construction sites and main roads and all other special requests e.g. council, electricity etc. but not junk mail.
We mainly do residential households. Although we can also do industrial areas and shops on request. We can also do car windscreens in the street.
No junk mail goes with our notices - only what you want delivered.
We ensure all notices go fully into letterboxes. No notice is left sticking half out - this ensures they do not get wet from the weather or fall out onto the ground and blow away.
With some letterboxes the mail could still be exposed to the weather, which we cannot control. Even with our best efforts they may still get wet.
We also print and fold notices on A4 paper only (black and white only). Just email your notice to us and we can print and deliver straight from the email.
If you want colour notices/newsletters delivered, you need to arrange printing and folding (if not single A4 paper). If you want black and white booklets done, we require you to arrange printing and folding yourself. We can only fold single A4 paper.
We prefer 7 - 10 day's advance notice. However, we understand when emergency jobs need to be done right now and we will find a way to accommodate this need.
We deliver to all letterboxes - including "No Junk Mail".
If there is no letterbox we deliver to the front door (unless there is a dog), in which case it is placed in the fence (as securely as possible).
We will notify you via a telephone call or email to let you know your job has been completed. However, our website is now fully automated so as soon as we update your work order status to delivered you'll receive an email letting you know the delivery has been completed.
